@Regrann from @cyogalab - Announcing April's new #yogachallenge#HipImmersion !!: It’s hard to commit to a whole month of anything but a month of hip openers seems even harder, especially if you think your hips are ‘tight’, ‘locked up’ and there’s no way you could change that… well, there is and, if you embark with me on this journey, I’ll try to prove it to you! The BEST mindset to have is a positive one ➕or, at least, an opened one where you say ‘I’ll try it’, that’s all you need! Very often we cut our own wings : the fact that you couldn’t do one pose yesterday doesn’t mean it can’t happen today, can’t improve nor you’ll never get there. In fact, the more you keep at it, the easier those walls will break down. It’s true that acquiring a certain level of flexibility takes time and dedication, but I want you to think about this challenge as a first month to set the wheels in motion or, if you’re already working on accessing those hips, think of this as another spin to the wheel. As usual, I like to start ‘slow’ with more accessible poses, many of which will set the foundation and help you warm up for the harder ones in the last few days. We’re all learning here, improving, discovering… I help you deepen your practice and stay on track, but you ALSO help me do the same!!! So, take a deep breath and let’s dive into this #HipImmersion !! and have a great time!
