Now the results are coming much slower and the diet is getting harder and harder. Now that I'm no longer focusing on strength, I'm training in the higher rep ranges and super setting for nearly all my sets. As a result of this type of training, my appetite has grown so much. I can easily consumer around 3000 calories in one sitting.
However, during this cut, I'm limiting myself to around 1600-1800 calories a day and it's honestly a struggle. I have to also make sure I get around 200g of protein a day. 2 months till my own deadline. #letsgetmade#acefytness @acefytness
110kg -> 85kg ~ 6 months.
It has been a long journey from when I was 110kg to what I am now, 85kg. There's still some way to go until I get to where I wanna be.
My main routine within the past six months was mainly intermittent fasting. Alot of nutiretuinist or trainers will tell you it's unhealthy and it's bad for your health, but honestly, I've never felt better.
